Sorbitol, erythritol, all of them create increased clotting. if you're going to take any of them as a sugar substitute, make sure you talk to your doc about taking a baby aspirin too, or just getting rid of 'em. Tanning beds, they're the leading cause of the bad melanoma cancer. They cause DNA damage that persists. Don't do it. Always put on sunblock even in the winter and don't get in a tanning bed unless you want to have melanoma as your cause of death. Bladder cancer, great improvement. When there is a CT guided, specific monoclonal antibody, it looks like it improves disease free and overall survival in nutrition. Large set of studies showing that in kids vegetarian and vegan diets are fine, make sure they get enough protein and do muscle building exercise after the age of 13. And the American Heart Association warns us that the blood pressure cuffs. That is those things that say they can take your blood pressure from your arm or your finger. Well. There's a real problem with their accuracy. Make sure you get it documented with the one in your doctor's office to make sure they're accurate. Alzheimer's, the junk. You can do everything from controlling your blood pressure and managing stress to doing brain games that are speed of processing games to having olive oil. If you haven't gotten it, all of those things change the switches so that you turn off the genes that make the proteins that increase your risk of Alzheimer's disease. We started dating and after a while he proposed to me, I accepted, and now we're a couple. Oh my God. Back to reality. And don't tell me to each their own because This is too wacko. It's a bad use of ai. Yes, AI can be a friendly companion, but remember, when you're lonesome, go to a hospital that has social prescribing. Sign up for a volunteer group. Call old friends. Get out. Whatever you do, don't have your marriage to be to an AI persona. Gosh, that's horrible. Anyway, big stories this week. To sum it up, sugar alcohols, increased clotting risk. Talk to your doctor about aspirin. Tanning beds, avoid 'em. Alzheimer's disease, you know how to avoid it. Do those 40 things in the great age.
